33pkr Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 33pkr platform at 33pkr.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete and binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 33pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 33pkr platform. Continued access to or use of any part of 33pkr following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or informal interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall take precedence and be treated as the authoritative version.

To register and maintain an active account on 33pkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 33pkr operates a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 33pkr is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 33pkr or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion in place on 33pkr or have been previously permanently banned from the platform for a violation of these Terms.

33pkr reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of all pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 33pkr at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at 33pkr's discretion. KYC documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document, dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name);
• A selfie or live photograph for identity matching purposes, where required.

Account credentials — particularly your password — are your responsibility. 33pkr will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

33pkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits;
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits;
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer;
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer;
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking transfer;
• Raast — Pakistan's instant digital payment infrastructure.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. 33pkr does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are your responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the depositing account may be flagged for investigation. 33pkr takes a zero-tolerance approach to money laundering and financial fraud.

Deposits are generally credited to your 33pkr account balance within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, please contact 33pkr support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals from your 33pkr account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals requested by accounts with incomplete KYC will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are shown at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practice.
• Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours on regular business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• 33pkr charges no withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 33pkr's control.

33pkr reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity has been detected. These checks are carried out solely for the protection of players and the integrity of the platform.

In the event of a disputed withdrawal, the matter should be reported to 33pkr support immediately. 33pkr will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond with a resolution within 5 business days.

33pkr offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. 33pkr reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 33pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances require it.

Bonus Abuse Policy: 33pkr employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting for bonus exploitation, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and the use of bonus funds to hedge bets. Where abuse is identified, 33pkr will void all bonus balances, reverse associated winnings, and may permanently close the account without further appeal.

All games available on 33pkr — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, Mines, Mines Grand, and sports betting markets — are subject to individual game rules which are accessible within the game interface or associated help documentation.

Sports Betting: All cricket and sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket). In the event of a match abandonment, bet voidance rules specific to each market will apply as stated in the sportsbook terms.

Live Casino: All live dealer games are governed by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live's own rules, which are displayed within the game lobby. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, 33pkr's system will record the state of play at disconnection and settle bets accordingly. 33pkr's decision in such matters is final.

Cash-out timing is entirely at the player's discretion. Once a round ends — either by hitting a mine or voluntary cash-out — the result is final and cannot be reversed.

33pkr reserves the right to void any bet or wager where a technical error, pricing error, or data-feed malfunction has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game conditions. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes returned within 48 hours.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33pkr platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, bet markets, or the platform interface;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains will be reversed and the account closed;
• Attempting to launder money or use 33pkr for any fraudulent financial activity;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a method to fraudulently recover deposited funds after wagering;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33pkr staff or other platform users via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or circumvent security measures.

33pkr cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial crime agencies. Where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, 33pkr may freeze account funds pending investigation and is not obligated to disclose the fact or nature of the investigation to the account holder.

33pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered 33pkr players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33pkr platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 33pkr content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 33pkr software;
• Use the 33pkr name, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without explicit written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on 33pkr content or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of 33pkr intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game providers' intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33pkr's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall be limited to the net real-money funds held in the player's verified account at the time the claim arises.

33pkr shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
• Platform downtime or service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances outside 33pkr's reasonable control (including force majeure events);
• Loss or corruption of data arising from system failures or cyberattacks, provided that 33pkr has employed reasonable security measures;
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data-feed errors from third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 33pkr's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

33pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 33pkr will provide advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or an email notification to the registered address on your account.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes that do not affect your substantive rights) may be made without specific notice. All amendments will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 33pkr platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 33pkr and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33pkr holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, we strongly encourage players to contact 33pkr support in the first instance. Our support team is authorised to resolve the majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes at first contact. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the following escalation path applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Review: Submit a formal complaint via live chat or email to [email protected]. 33pkr will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.

Players are reminded that pursuing external dispute resolution does not suspend the application of these Terms or affect 33pkr's right to enforce its policies during the resolution period.
